Thanks for the congrats. It was one of those days where everything seemed to come together. I was a
bit bummed about the swim (the fog was so thick that they cancelled it after 2 of the 4 loops), but
ideal temperatures (low 70's) on the bike and run, and a faithful training schedule allowed me to
stay on track.
Congrats also go to Hal (2nd place) and Jeff (3rd place) if not for these two I would have never
pushed to see how fast I could go...BTW: it was my first ironman distance race.
