  1. He just needs to wait for B sample confirmation. It's all good.

    Kirchen wins stage 15.

    Kirchen wins stage 15.

as kloden once said, what does the position matter after the fact? it is just a change in statistics.

i surely dont see cadel as a winner 😄

Would you have felt diffrently if Klodi had've finished ahead of him?

no, b/c what does it matter after the fact? that winning moment was stolen. and what people will really remember is vinos 'incredible' ride. not the also ran who was propelled a position b/c of a technicality. and i dont mean to minimize a positive drug test as a mere technicality, but you understand the sentiment, no?

this is the scenario that would have made me happy. klodi winning despite his fall and despite vino's dopage. that's vindication. anyways, what does it matter now? he is out of the tour and a real dual between evans and klodi is not to be.

Agreed, and that's why doping is so bad, it deprives the real winner of his moment of glory and perhaps more importantly deserved present and future income. In the case of Klodi it deprives him of the whole tour.

Good point - I am disappointed Evans wont win, but I wanted to see him really earn a podium spot. He will still be challenged by LL, but a Kloden v Evans shoot out in the ITT would've been worth watching.

  8. This whole episode will reinvigorate Cadel without question. He was clearly mentally hammered by Ras and Conto - breaking him the other day like they did. Now he can seriously attack the final ITT and perhaps win a stage in his own right and cherish the victory on the day. He will be dreaming big again.

This ofcourse assumes the Tour continues...I mean they must know they are sitting on a time bomb with robochicken. If he goes on to win it and then subsequently tests positive it will officially be the greatest farcical of a sporting event ever conducted in the history of mankind.

Like I said before - bring back lance!! At least he could hold his [censored] together. :p
