Sounds like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. ? They come in 2-packs, maybe bulk
bags of the same. Or mini's (bite sized).

googled the name, and found some recipes I will most definately try

They're definitely popular candy! Hershey also sells many baking products
(cocoa, syrup, peanut butter, peanut butter morsels, etc.).
