  1. Roast Puffs

    These are similar to Yorkshire Pudding but better and easier to make!
    While you are heating the oil in the muffin tin, prepare batter.

    Roast Puffs

    3 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 cup sifted flour (a tablespoon or so at a time)
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    oil

    In a blender, blend 3 eggs and 1 cup milk together well. Next, with
    blender at medium speed, add 1 cup sifted flour (a tablespoon or so at a
    time) and 1/4 teaspoon salt, until well blended. Pour into muffin tins
    with heated oil. Bake in 400 degree F. oven for exactly 30 minutes. Makes
    Twelve puffs.
