2 slices whole grain wheat toast and fake (Benecol) butter Red seedless grapes
Andy
Also two slices of whole wheat toast with butter (yes I know but I like it), half a Fuji apple, half an orange, one cup of coffee and a vitamin C tablet.
Fuji apples are the best eating apples, imho. Great snacks too! I put them through the peeler/corer "Rube Goldburg" contraption. Fun and convenient!!!
I also take a one-a-day multi-vitamin every other day.

I didn't notice that side effect, rather, even with the seemingly low sodium content (110mg/tbsp) it actually tastes saltier than salted butter.
Michael?
Anybody?
Well, I think so, anyway!

I've not tried it myself. I won't use margarine or other artificially made replacements as I think many are more harmful than the real deal. My doctor agrees. I'd rather use a little less. Same with sweeteners. I ate a Popsicle at work the other day from a box that was passed around. Ten minutes later, my stomach was a little queasy. I looked at the box and they were sugar free. Tasted OK, but that is the reaction I get from any of the fake sweeteners, Splenda, Equal, etc, that I've ever had.

I'm going to take a mulivitamin right now, and give my son one too. I usually just forget to.

Shredded Wheat and watermelon. Yesterday's breakfast was more exciting, I had a cheeseburger, fries and a strawberry shake.
Oooo! I was on the road yesterday, and happily had no face-to-face appointments. Because .... I attempted, and messily succeeded, to eat a Whopper with cheese with one hand! And discovered that it definitely takes two hands to handle a Whopper unless you want globs of thousand island/tomato joice/lettuce all over you, your steering wheel and your car. It was GREAT though. Next time, the shake, too!
I've been craving one of those lately. With Mcd's fries and a chocolate shake.

Yes they are good and seem to be the only ones ever discounted around here. We have one of those weird peelers (bought cheaply) but a good veg peeler works just fine. Besides I don't peel apples for eating out of hand anyway.
