The only paper or online maps I've been able to find of Mayrhofen, Austria, show the wrong location for the Ahorn cable car lower station. I gather it was rebuilt a few years ago, and moved maybe 150-200 metres roughly NW of its old location. Anyone have the lat/long, or a Google Earth placemark please?
Presumably the location of the upper station must have changed too (while they rebuilt), so that location would be helpful as well please.

Have you looked at the Kompass maps, Freytag & Berndt walking maps or Deutscher Alpenverein maps. Better still, the Oesterreichischer Alpenverein Sektion Britannia (www.aacuk.org.uk). If you join the AAC you get a number of benefits including heli-lifting to hospital cover and access to the AAC and DAC mountain huts along with affiliations to Swiss club huts.

Thanks. I have Kompass 37 (1:50000), which still shows the old locations. But happy to say that from a reply by email I now have located the lower and upper new cable stations.
Never heard of 'Marilyns' before. My first guess would have been that they were rather large and shapely *double* hills, separated by a smooth valley ;-)
BTW, 'looing'? Is that reading while in the toilet?
