He's somewhere over there, I just got a postcard from Singapore. If any one is curious, I collect
postcards *mailed and stamped* from locations outside of the US, and many AMB-ers have added to my
collection.

Sheez, funny I haven't caught onto that. I could have sent some interesting ones last summer. Maybe
next trip...you probably don't need an Oregon one. ;-)

I'll send you one from New Zealand when I'm there in March. We'll be laying over in Tahiti as well,
so I'll try from there too.

nope - has to be from outside of the US. AMB-ers have significantly added to the collection, the
group one from the AMB-UK ride in Wales (?) is probably a collectors item. Johann has sent a bunch
from South Africa, I've got a travel writer who sends them form places like Lapland, my clients send
them from Nepal and Tibet... it's very fun.

Oh, Tahiti would be cool, don't have one of those yet. It's fun to see how long they take to get
here, or if they do at all.
email me and I'll give you the address.

And although I didn't get to be in the greeting party at Heathrow, I did get to meet then team in
Sydney and Singapore airports on the way home. Which was nice for them.

No, they invented the barbaric game known as Aussie Rules (football). Rugby was invented by a
schoolkid in England.

.. that picked the soccer ball up and ran at a little place named Rugby.... Good job Bomba. Hope
that you enjoyed the trip and congrats on winning. Good to see someone-else get it for a change.
It'll do the sport a world of good. I just hope that the French don't get our John Mitchell now that
they've expressed an interest in him. He won a lot of games for us, Tri-nations, the Bledisloe...and
now? "Reapply for the job...." Typical damn Kiwi "Off with his head" attitude!

not quite but I do get a special thrill from the one sent from a base camp where the guy is telling
me that the gear I built for him is the envy of his group. ;-)
