On my ride this morning I realized that I now have a "sense of balance" again, like I had when I was a child. I can now ride "no hands" as in when raising arms above the head when crossing the finish line. The last time I attempted that type of action I definitely had a bit of a problem. And whats really funny is I never really realized that I had a balance problem.

Maybe not so much of a balance problem as a relaxation problem. That is, it's hard to ride no-handed and perform other maneuvers on a bike if you're not relaxed.
