If anyone's interested here are a few snaps of my recently completed four-season bike. If the chain looks slack, or the bike looks fuzzy, that's because I'm neither a great mechanic or into cameras :-)
It started out life as a humble Langster, but then most of the moving parts got upgraded for one reason or another. In the end, the frame just couldn't cut it for the winter months (no room for sensible tyres or fenders) so it was out with the red ally and in with the black steel. It'll take up to 35mm tyres now and should keep the rider a good deal drier.
It's also a good deal heavier which slows the commute down a bit - can't have it both ways!
