  1. I am a 35 yr old man who has always been overweight and just like most
of you Ive tried everthing out there but I just kept getting bigger
    and biggger (sound familiar).
Well 5 months ago a friend whom I hadnt seen for a while dropped in
and I was amazed ,he'd lost approx 50 pounds since the last time I saw
him some months earlier.I asked him whats the secret and he told me
    its called Medifast.
I'd never heard of it so went to check it out online and decided to
give it a shot. The results were truelly astounding...I weighed in at
310lbs on day 1 and steadily started to lose weight easier than ever
before.Ive never liked exercise so this program suited me as its not
    required.
5 mths in and I'm down to 230lbs and I feel the best ever.
If it hadnt been for my friend I'd still be strugling with the weight
problems Ive had all my life.
Good luck to you all on your journey towards health
heres the website to check out medifast

    Best wishes

You're not likely to find any 310 pounders on this NG, unless they're
about 7 feet tall. We keep our weight in check through healthy eating
and exercise, not some [censored] in a can that spammers try to sell.

Isn't it interesting that every weight loss spammer thinks posting to
a running newsgroup will get them patrons? I guess it just shows the
lack of understanding John Q Public has for runners.

And I want to add, what we really need -- some of us, anyway -- is a
bodybuilding spammer. One that provides pictures. Or better: video of him
flexing. Yeah. Now I'd follow THAT link for a dollar.
