I love how everyone feels so sorry for Geneviéve. She won more races
than anyone else in North America...went to the Olympics...made hundreds
of thousands of dollars before she turned 25. And everyone talks about

If you look at women's cycling at a glance over the years, doping is very
rare compared to the men sides by far. I can count on one hand how many
offences I can remember, and most of those were minor, like questionable
tainted supplements and such. I can remember Neben, Jeanson, Stahurskaya,
Luperini, ah.. I saw the thing abut Golay a while back, but the worse
offenders seem to be Zinaida Stahurskaya and Jeanson. There are others, in
fact that doping page used to post the names of the women, but it was quite
a small list compared to the men.

I don't think you can draw any conclusions regarding steroid abuse and
premature aging. Riding in the sun for many hours is not very good for
you either, but perfectly legal.

bicycle club. At my table was Katrin Tobin. The waitress was Cindy
Olavarri. Katrin didn't recognize her...
