I just had a look at SJSC and remembered I came across it when looking
for B&M Dyno-lights. Their prices were generally 2x what it would cost
delivered from Germany. So I went via EBay Germany for my lights. Though
I haven't looked around much, SJSC's prices seem to distort the comparison.

One of the same plastic spacers that are between the sprockets on the 7s
cassette (hope you have an old one around) and sometimes, if the lockring
doesn't screw down quite as far (I've seen this on Shimano-compatible hubs
but not on Shimano-made hubs), one of the thin metal spacers that goes
under the top sprocket normally.

Shimano cassettes come with a lockring. A third-party hub often includes a
lockring too - especially if the Shimano one won't fit!
