    Hi All,
    I wonder if anyone has an Isla Bikes CNOC 16 in the North West ?

    I am looking to buy one for my son for Christmas but idealy would like
    to see him on it. He is 4 years old and has been riding without
    stabilisers proficiently for almost a year. I may have to make a trip
    to Wolverhampton but wondered if anyone had one in the North West ( I
    live in Kendal) would they be kind enough to let me have a look. I do
    intend to buy new but if there was a second hand one on the market I
    would be interested.
