Canned Eden Beans - Thanks Om

Against the Goya, the Eden didn't taste tin-ny, and a bit fresher; and I
liked the idea that there was no salt, and kombu was added.

Here is a picture of both after immediately dumping out of can into a pan on
the stove.

I'm glad you liked them! :-)

I've only tried the black soy beans, but do want to look at the others.
Central Market in Austin carries them. I like the idea that they are low
salt also (a rarity in canned beans!) and thickened with Kombu.
They are a bit higher in price than others, but affordable imho.
