The French drugs testing lab LNDD is in the news again this time with
Iban Mayo who was tested positive by the lab for EPO during the Tour de
France. Unlike with Landis, this time the B samples were tested at a
different lab. The Spanish Cycling Federation has just confirmed the B
samples tested negative and cleared Mayo saying "there had been a
mistake with the first sample."

It must be welcome new evidence to Landis as he prepares his appeal but
why oh why is that lab still allowed to conduct sports drug testing?
