I'm planning to make stuffed jumbo pasta shells for dinner tonight.
Usually, I stuff them with a ricotta, parmesan, spinach filling and serve
with a red sauce. I thought it might be interesting to learn what other
folks favorite jumbo shells dish is; I have a reasonably stocked pantry and
could try most anything suggested.
So, what's your favorite dish using jumbo pasta shells?
