Admittedly this is a shameless plug but I would like to add my own
website:

It started off as a fairly small website specializing in ancient foods
but it's now grown dramatically and one of my speciaities are:
www.celtnet.org.uk/african recipes from the entire continent of
Africa. My wife is West African, hence the interest and from what
she's taught me I really love the food.

I'd much rather see a shameless plug like this than the lame attempts
people sometimes use that begin, "I just found this great new site and
had to share it ...." And then they try, usually unsuccessfully, to
disguise their identity. At least you're honest. So I spent a few
minutes looking at a random selection of recipes. I've seen a lot
worse. -aem
