Hi to clean out and sterilise use the the sterilising fluid used to clean Baby bottles......... I find it works out ok for me,specially if long gaps between use
once sterile,rinse out the sterilising fluid,with cold... Boiled water Boil water..so sterile,let cool and rinse thoroughly.....and store in freezer....# Only when completely dry..
me I always add dilute orange / blackcurrant.......... as this gives a grip on your bladder.......... plain water just passes thru - ya
