  2. I don't know. I don't pay any attention to LPR since they got rid of my man Dario Pieri.

  3. I think this is more of a political issue. The big goal for LPR is the Giro. By not applying for a wildcard they are showing the Giro organisers that they don't care about the ProTour, and have sided with the GTs in the power struggle with UCI. I believe their reasoning is that this increases their chances of an invitation to the Giro.

  4. Or DiLuca doesn't want to sign the anti-doping pledge and risk losing a year's salary.
