I'm just over 40 and I have pairs of Rolling Rock, Kasil and For All Mankind jeans. I think Bro's point though was that there are a lot of cyclists in America now who can afford $5,000 bikes and also $250 jeans. And cyclists tend to have the physiques to get the most out of the jeans. The demographics of cycling in the US is probably a lot different from Europe and Australia.

But I hear your point also...that Ball is probably owning a cycling team as a hobby, and isn't that interested in it as a financial investment.
