Sorry I've made "another cranklfip thread" but I'm having some problems
with crankflips.
I've just started getting into street and now I've learnt to 180
uni-spin I figured crankflips were the next obvious trick to learn.
I've watched Shaun J's tutorial and I'm practising zero plants ATM. The
main problem I have is I suck at kicking the cranks round. I've
practised an hour or so. What exactly should you do to kick the cranks
round?
I put pressure on the front foot, then jump while trying to kick down
while also jumping up. What usually happens is either I don't jump high
enough and sometimes the foot I'm kicking with stays on the pedal. The
other thing that happens is I kick the cranks (still not very fast) but
the uni usually goes out infront of me and I can't jump high. O and the
third thing that happens is I jump high but the cranks spin really
slowly. I haven't yet landed a zero plant because by the time I jump
off, plant my foot on the ground then try to jump back on the cranks
haven't spun enough.
Anyway I'm mostly having trouble with the kick, exactly how should it
be done?
Has anyone got any tips for me?
Thanks very much
