  1. Nice to see things dont change much in 6 months.

Cadel Evans watching Contador dissapearing over the horizon in his decisive break on the first stage of Basque Tour this week.

But, Cadel has added another action to his repertoire since last summer. Indignant sweeping gestures with the arm aimed at the garlic and frog-eating bunch.

I dont understand either Cadel. Why dont they chase him down so you can follow wheels all the way to the line?

  2. So you dont like the guy?

Why would Cadel try to chase down a doping cheat like Contador? As shown this year, he only attacks riders who are not EPO fueled. Cadel isn't stupid.

  4. Give me a go at any of those races and I'd be sucking wheels all the way to last place.
Cadel has that technique mastered better than I or you.
    Good on him.
    Nothing wrong with sucking wheels.

why do you assume Cadel is clean, and Contador is not.

I know the evidence is damning on Contador. But look at Evans.

    1. Saeco, Mapei, Telekom.
    2. Admitted working with Dr Ferrari
    3. Said during the Tour last year "the tests are working, the UCI are doing a good job".

makes you think does it not.

Thats so funny. Was it intentional?

When you take your head out of you're ass you'll realise Cadel hasnt attacked anyone in living memory.

actually, we have been over this.

He thru in the crucial attack in Liege 05, and attacked in Lombardy in 04.

Wicklow, you should brush up or shut the [censored] up.

nah mate, try about stage 13 in Tour, 2005, about stage 8 last yeah, when Soler was off the front.

First mtn stage in 2006, he also did the second most work behind Landis, when Menchov won.

    Know your facts dude.

  10. Evans the sly dog. He must of ploughed alot of cycling fans mothers and ex's. He's really [censored] people off, good on him.

Yeah that reminds me...his mother gave an interview last year after came in 2nd in the Tour.

Apparantly when he is back home in the off-season, he goes for a spin with his mum to the grocery for a loaf of bread. And he has been known to come off her wheel and attack just coming around onto the main street where Lanaghan's family store is located.

    😄 lol

  13. Well, for anyone who claims that Evans won the ProTour last year without winning a single race, apparently the UCI has now decided that Evans was in fact the official winner of the first ITT at Albi in the Tour last year ... from Evans' website:

    Quoted post said:

Of all the things that come into my 'inbox'. Today I received a Tour de France stage win. Well... a letter from Pat McQuaid "I am writing to congratulate you on winning Stage 13" - Thanks mate

🙄- didn't Vino's doping case get decided months ago? I guess the UCI is too busy arguing with ASO and suing [censored] Pound to worry about other things ...

  14. What's wrong with hugging a wheel?

Exactly, anybody that doesn't like it should stick to TTs.

At least people can distinguish between my head and my [censored]. Have a look in the thread "Cadel attacks and wins". Why are you so jealous of Cadel Evans?Envy is a curse.

  17. There is no regulation against sitting back in the slipstream that I am aware of, however extreme behavior can be deemed a breach of etiquette and can come back to you down the road.
If Evans or any other rider is perceived to have crossed the line he will feel the coldeness in the peloton at some point.

Actually, Evans chin looks a bit like an [censored].

  19. Lance sucked wheel behind his team mates all the time. If Cadel had some good support he'd be able to do that too.

  20. just remind me what Contador is building up for this season?

    Oh....right....as you were then.
