  1. how do you roll out on a large flat drop (5 feet.) whenever i do it i
    get jolted because the energy tranfers through my body. How do you roll
    out well? Will that help? any othe usefull tips?

  2. I'm feeling generous today so I'll let you in on the secret. Speed and
    distance. The faster you go and the further out you jump, the less
    "jolt" is put on your body allowing a much smoooother landing. Add a
    180 or 360 for extra steez

  6. Well first off you have to be confident and staqble enough to do the
    drop in the first place.

    But yeah. like the SLAB said, jump out farther away from the obstacle
    gives your more forward momentum and takes away some of the downward
    jolt...
