Recovering Bettini won't make it over the new côte in the final (the one
in place of Sart Tilman; longer and steeper).

I agree with Rebellin on the podium and not on the top step. I think
Gesink and Dekker will both be contenders, with Menchov breaking things
up on the penultimate côte. Cunego: definitely in the mix, as will be
Rodriguez.

It's hard to pick one. Podium: Cunego, Gesink, Nibali.

Oh wait, the forecast has changed. Warm (18-20 degrees C), wind in the
back on the return leg (3-4 Bft), dry with some cloud cover.

I'd say he might be a good choice but he doesn't seem to be on the upswing lately.
