It seems it might get better for all road users.
The only place where it might end up worse is in the IT systems. I'm not a fan of the policies of Ken, but I do recognise that he introduced the IT systems for the congestion charge and for the Oyster Card without too many hitches, and he is a self-confessed nerd/geek when it comes to these things. His record is way ahead of the rest Labour when it comes to IT implementation. I can't see Boris being a nerd, so I hope he has a good team when it comes to any future IT systems - if indeed he will feel the need to introduce any at ll.

Hmmm. Clear-sighted judgment is probably not Boris's thing.
My FIL worked on the Lobster card thing, I think. Also the radio comms for the Chunnel. And the video on demand for the Boing 767
