Yea the question is in the title. But more specifically, I'm a junior, which means I'd pay $30 to get one, so how much does it cost to renew one, seeing that year is half over. I've tried the site but it's hard to navigate.

Do you mean for next year - or did you lose your license? If you lost it, you can get a replacement for $15, or you can just go to the web site, log in (make a login if you don't have one) and print out an "authorization to ride", which is free and good for 30 days from when you print it.

The cost isn't any different to get next years - no returning member discount.... so if they don't raise the price and you are still a junior it should be $30 again. It's not exactly hard to find... http://www.usacycling.org/news/user/story.php?id=2727
