I know it's a woman's bike btw.
I've test ridden one locally that was in bad condition and it handled really good.

I am a little puzzled why you would have interest in a bike that you know so little about? Are you just considering buying it for resale, thinking you will get a good price because it is a store-closing sale? From what you have written, it doesn't sound special to me.

Well I know Takara's were one of the most popular bikes during the bike boom in the 70's. They are low to mid end bikes, but carry more of a sentimental value due to their significance in American cycling.
I know a bit about bikes, but not enough to consider myself a pro.
The bike will be for me to use.
I use trail bikes for the most part, but wanted something for road. Where I live the county started to have a bike ride day were a lot of people go around downtown in the bikes and have a good time.
Though I could use my Turner Highline, I wanted something vintage and nice. Something that I could show off and be proud of.
Also, since I moved into this town there aren't any trails around. It's all flat, so I might as well use it more often than my mountain bike.

$150 for that bike? No. Maybe $70 if the seller paid for shipping it. Really, bikes of that quality aren't even worth the bother of loading onto a UPS truck. Which is to say, if you found this bike locally and you could get it for $70, you'd be riding a good deal. But this seller is trolling for suckers.

Check craigslist.com for inexpensive bikes you can buy locally.
