simple ham gravy recipe...

  1. This is real easy. It is something my mom used back in the 60's.
    1/2 cube butter 1 can beef consume (sp??) Campbells 2 tblsp flour 2 bay leaves
    2/4 cup white wine

    Make @ 20 minutes ahead of time. Melt butter. Reduce heat. Add flour and stir well. Add consume and
    stir to prevent lumps. Turn to simmer and add bay leaves. Add wine 2 minutes before serving time.
