Removing steerer extender (Zoom heads up)

Remove the top vertical bolt and cap. Loosen the bottom horizontal bolt(s). Should slide up and off after that.

Thanks Scotty. From what you say it seems I just need to twist harder. Will give it a shot (or get a muscular housemate involved).
