  2. You have it all planned out & sound like you are working hard to succeed, so you have a great chance
of doing it. Wish you luck. Elaine K

  3. Angie ... first words of advice and support I have for you is SLOW DOWN!!! Oh, and be realistic. 15
pounds by Christmas (less than 6 weeks) is nuts. Yes, it can be done - but more than likely will not
result in permanent weight loss. The faster it comes off, the less time to learn new habits and put
them into practice, the faster the weight goes back on. Isn't that just what you went through
recently? Made your goal in August, then started putting weight back on by resuming those old
habits? In the little time between now and Christmas, I doubt there is much you are going to
permanently be able to change about *yourself*, let alone *alot* like you are stating. Why be in a
hurry? Goals are good things, but long term goals are better. Why not make a goal of 2 months, or
2.5 months for losing those 15 pounds.

I don't mean to sound harsh, but I do fear that these quickie fixes you are striving for are only
going to continually set you up for failure, or put you in a constant yo-yo mode.
