I haven't ridden in 3 weeks! Aug 12th my son was born joining me and my wife and his big 3 year old sister. He is beautiful and a great baby. He is eating and sleeping well, growing quick already. It's only been 3 years but I forgot what it feels like to get up every 3 hours or so to help feed, man that really wears on ya!
Been trying to catch up on sleep, but while trying to take care of the wife and the new addition we also sold our house last week, so the cleaning up, the upcoming inspections, papers to be signed has kept me running round. If that wasnt enough, we also had the offer for our new house accepted, so now I have to juggle both houses and their appointments.
I went for a quick 20 mile ride yesterday morning and........HOLLY [censored]!!! where did my conditioning go!??? 🙂 looks like Im starting back at square one dangit!! lol

Well, congrats. Luckily, when our daughter was a baby, I didn't have to help feed, as she was able to find Wifey's nipples on her own.

Don't worry you will spend a lot of time cheering for your son when hes on the tour de France one day. Keep good care of little Lance.
Glad to hear your good news.

Congratulations!!! I had a baby boy 5 weeks ago, but the missus does most of the feeding. But still it's hard to find time to get out and do some exercise!!
