  1. Well, I suppose thing were goingto well for me. I have the can't be bothered to do anything phase.
At the begining of Nov had a bad week, 2x visitors 2x birthdays ( one of which was mine), and since
then can't get back into the ww program. I have been going to ww so the results were 1 week the same
1 week up 1.6 kg( 3.2lbs) down 0.6 kg (1lb) and a week of well yould have done better but don't know
the damage yet. I just can't get back on track. I have one or two good days followed by a couple of
bad days, I am not exercising, my portions and choices haven't been great. I keep on wanting to give
up but at the same time really want to do this right. Then I make some excuse and blow it again.
AGGGHHH. Why do I do this to me.- I have less than 10lbs to GOAL, I have lost over 20lbs since the
begining of the year, I know I can do this so why why why do I make these dumb choices.

OK so here is my plan I will exercise 3 times this week ( baby steps) I will eat fruit between
meals. I will forgive myself when I make a mistake but not give up.

Baby steps but I will do this ( with your help)

Thanks for listening Michelle Ozzie in Switzerland

  2. You make those dumb choices because you're human ;-D Why should you be any different than the rest
of us ;-) Just put it in the past & get back to making good choices and the rest will take care of
itself. Wish you luck. Elaine K

  7. I decided to make small goals, the last one is the most difficult though. I tend to be very hard on
myself if I do make mistakes. My dieting pattern in the past is to retrict cals then when I go over
punish myself by deducting them from the next day, pretty well setting myself up for failure, doing
this for a week or so then giving up as it is a perpetuating cycle. Michelle Ozzie in Switzerland

  8. I suffer from the perfectionist thing, so I made the commitment to myself
that I would only make changes I could do for the rest of my life. This
means that I probably lose slower than I could but I am not engaging in
behaviors that I will not continue and I am only taking on what will not
overwhelm me. I really have to work at this. again, good luck to you, Lee,

  9. one of the hardest things in life is being able to do something without
setting ourselves up to fail from the beginning. I bet if we did a survey
most of us are either perfectionists or fear of success types, Lee
