Hi i am a cyclist but need a proper racing bike. My budget is $430 and i want to get a proper racing bike plus a quality. I have found a good bike and it is $399. I may be able to get a helmet on the same site for $29.95. Plz post reviews of the bike and helmets, or post anything that u find for my budget

I think that for your budget, your best bet will be to buy something 2nd hand. You will getter better frame material/construction, better components, better wheels, etc, for the same price.

Never heard of the bike your looking at, but have visited this site? bikesdirect.combikesdirect.comOpen ↗ they have bikes for way cheap and they use standard components that other cheaper bikes don't, thus easier to fix and/or find replacement parts.

Great bike but you "might"(?) do better at the same place by looking at their closeouts. see the very first bike on the main page, the 2011 Dawes Lightning DLX road bike.Or the [FONT= Arial]Gravity Liberty 2 with Tiagra/Sora for $499.[/FONT]
