There are so many natural, unavoidable reasons to die of "heart attack", which is a catch-all phrase,
for so many possible causes of "sudden death".
For one instance, and there is no reason to dread what is inevitable, true story,
"Reid, I have been told over and again, since 1966, that I will die at any moment,
they just don't know when. So, I want you to have my estate, Reid.
It's a bad heart valve, rheumatic fever I had as a kid. I won't let them carve me up for a new valve,
so, Reid, if and when it happens, that will be that."
About two months later, it was, I got a phone call one Saturday morning,
"Ralph just collapsed, he is dead."
