Advice needed! Looking for road bike up to 1500GBP

    Hi Guys

    I am a fairly experience cyclist and next year I will be cycling through Europe for 3 months in Germany, Denmark, Czech rep, Austria, Luxembourg, France, Uk
    I have been advised to get a Dawes Super Galaxy for around 1000GBP.

    Does anyone have a better suggestion on where I should spend the money? Does anyone have any experience with this bike?

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreicated. My knowledge on these types of bikes is fairly low as they are very different to the types of bikes I use for everyday use

    Use your everyday bike. Change the cassette if necessary. Add a light weight race if you want to carry some gear.

    My Current bike is great for training but not up to the Job
