  1. I am 18 years old and am about 1.65m in length weighing 57kg. Is that good or should I Gain alitele wait for more power?

  2. your BMI index is 20.9 so you are good, this is just a roughly estimate so if you want detailed information go to a gym or to a nutritionist to measure other factors like fat weight, muscle mass, others. Explain them that you are a cyclist, cyclists don't need a bunch of muscles on the upper body, although people like Lance Amrstrong used to train with weights also,

  3. Many factors come into play with weight, namely muscle mass. BMI is a good starting point, but keep in mind that this isn't an exact representation; many professional athletes would be "overweight" according to the BMI chart because of high muscle mass, even though they may be very fit and have little fat.
