I'm having a problem with my left arm, whole arm is 'falling asleep' for a few minutes suddenly when
I move my head (probably) down and left. I'm diagnosed with spinal stenosis on my neck. Doctors are
not concurring on their opinions: some suggest surgery and some don't. I'd rather do some exercises
or do an alternative care. Have you had similar experiences? Did operation help? Or, maybe
(hopefully) it improved without the surgery? Any suggestions are really appreciated.
