So, I used to bike as a kid, and had a paper route from the age of 11-15. Im 28 now, and I just bought a bike the other day, so I can start riding, and hopefully, get into better shape.
Ive got a route that I ride, mainly gravel, but as I get better, I hope to do more trail riding.
I picked up a Trek 820. I know its a beginner bike, but its still a million times better than what I would buy in a department store (I work in the TLE at Walmart, so I know first hand, ha ha ha)
Here is my question: Im thinking, in the near future (next couple months) of upgrading to double wall wheels. Is it really worth it? What are the best "small" upgrades to do? I used to ride ATVs a lot, and for the most part, tires and rims were the best things to change first. How much of a difference do different pedals make?
Sorry for the "silly" questions, but Im pretty new to this. First name brand bike, so Im really excited!
