Hi I dont post here much, mainly becasue i dont know anything about biology or medical services.
kinda why im here now i guess, huh. Anyway, on saturday i was just mucking about with a mate, and i
happened to jump off a wall (about 8ft) however, as i am not the brightest sparking plug, i landed
on my heels, and didnt exactly bend my legs. as a result now i cant walk on my heels, ive been kinda
half tiptoeing, half walking on the sides of my feet for a week. apparently (according to doc) ive
bruised a pad of erm, flesh i suppose, that a bone rests on. he told me to keep em raised, ibuprofen
and ice. i suppose this is probably about right. only problem is that whilst this is all well and
good, i cant walk for another 2 weeks, and the hospital didnt supply me with crutches. i know this
is a round about way of putting it, but should they have? i mean, mobility is now a real problem for
me, i had to have people carry me to the bus stop this mornign so i could get to college. IM in the
UK btw. Any thoughts? Simon
