  1. I have a difficult time getting up in the mornings mainly because my legs feel so heavy. Throughout
the day it is much better and I usually don't notice it. I've read this is caused by lack of oxygen
    in the legs.

I'm 30 years old, walk 1.5 miles 5 to 6 times/week. I also park far away on purpose to walk further.
I'm at my weight or slightly under, eat breakfast and dinner every day. I take one multi vitamin in
the morning and eat about 1, usually two bananas/day.

About 5 of 7 nights/week, I get sleepy sooner than others, everything else being the same. It's
usually my legs that are feeling very heavy which makes me sleepy and tired.

Any suggestions on what might be causing this zapping of energy and how I can correct it? It's being
going on for about 2 years now.

    Thanks, Brett

When I was training, I used to wear these ankle weights that made my legs awfully heavy.
