I have been using gatorskins, and not GP 4000's. They are great tyres but, nearly impossible to change when the inevitable flat does happen. Does anyone have any tips, or can suggest tyres that are equally bullet proof but a little easier to change

I have the same problem but with Michelin Pro 4's, tough as hell to change!
I have noticed using a bit of baby powder on the lip of the tyre can sometimes help it slip into place a bit easier.
Great wheels though!
