Good luck with that. There is no channel that regularly has cycling, unless you're in Europe, in which case Eurosport has it on quite frequently. Your best bet is to go to Steephill TV's website, find a race you're interested in, and then follow the links to see where the race can be seen.

That's a crying shame

I have no problem with streaming race video live on my computer. It's not a TV screen, but for me that's just hair splitting.

NBC Sportsnet (or whatever...formerly Versus) carries the TdF and spring classics (and probably That Colorado Raceâ„¢. There is another channel that I think is only on the sports package called Universal Sports which is under the NBC umbrella, and I am pretty sure they did/are doing both the Giro and Vuelta this year.

I should add that Steephill.tv provides some touring videos and other such things, but their biggest and bestest asset is the links they provide to streaming video of races. You just pick an event, then when that page comes up, click "live coverage", and a new page will give all sorts of links--and the languages--for live streaming video.
