Thank you, Brenda. I do want to lose the weight especially now that I = have had all the kids I am
going to have! I think it is essential for me = to go to meetings so I am planning on going to one
Dec 30. I have =
I lose some weight!!!=20 It is very difficult for me because of the kids, a skinny hubby, and I = am
a full time student. But, as you say, if you want it bad enough then nothing should stop me.

"]news:[email hidden]... I used to think I was comfortable at 209 lbs., but once
I lost 30 or = so lbs I realized that I was more comfortable at a lesser weight. I = felt better
about myself and my image. It's nice to wear smaller = clothes. My shoes even fit better! I can
wear things I have had put = away for years because I couldn't do them up, or they just felt =
uncomfortable, now they feel great.
I think the comfort that you feel at the weight you are now is a = normal feeling that most of us
experience. What you have to decide is, = are you comfortable, happy and healthy at the weight you
are now, or do = you want to be thinner, healthier and MORE comfortable. That's the way = I looked
at it when I first began WW. I haven't lost/gained anything to = speak of since May when DH fell
ill, but now that he's on the mend and = the stress in my life has lifted, I'm ready to begin
again and rid = myself of the last 20-30 lbs I'm carrying around. I find that my mind = has to be
in the right place and mine hasn't been for the last 6-7 = months. I think it is now...
I know how difficult the weight loss process can be, but if it's = something that you want bad
enough it can be accomplished. Use this = group when you need it. WW meetings may be helpful. I do
WW online, = but know that the meetings would probably be a better choice for me as = well. I
haven't gone to meetings because my schedule just doesn't allow = me the time to fit them in. If
you can go, I would suggest that you do = that.
Remember, this is a way of life (WOL), not just a diet. Once the = weight is gone, the eating
habits you have been following will need to = be followed for life, or the weight will come back.
I know several = people who have lost weight only to go back to their old eating habits = and they
gain it all back within a short period of time, then wonder = why.
Best of luck to you Michelle. Post here if you feel the need, we'll = all be more than willing to
answer questions or make suggestions. =20
