So I have searched the internet for awhile now and can not find what I'm looking for. I am just trying to find a lift/bracket to raise my rear wheel. I am quite out of shape and with the rear wheel suspended at the hardest gear, I bought a road bike, should be more than enough for me for awhile. Also, I just moved and started a new job so money is tight and I can not afford a bike trainer anyway.
Any input would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
You want an indoor trainer. It might also be called a bike trainer. Get thee to eBay for the best prices.
