I didn't know where to post this. I found an expensive wheel in Monterey this weekend (Sea Otter Gran Fondo - Monterey) and I want to return it to the owner. Owner must be able to describe the wheel and the location where he/she thinks it was left to claim ownership. I was unable to leave it where it would be safe for the owner to find it.

I would contact the Grand Fondo organizers. They might be able to provide help.

I plan to tomorrow. The wheel wasn't at the venue. I found it about 16 miles away but the quality of the wheel indicated that the rider was probably at the Gran Fondo
