Here are two h-bond clues that help stress its importance in the origin of life IMO
1. "An incorrect tRNA molecule forms a smaller number of codon-anticodon hydrogen bonds than a
correct one; it therefore binds more weakly to the ribosome and is more likely to dissociate
during this period."
2. "It is intriguing that the AT rich DNA and the GC rich DNA differ in the time of their
replication during S phase. Experiments ... suggest that most GC rich bands replicated during the
first half of S phase, while most AT rich bands replicate during the second half of S phase."

Then continued as an energy moderator with modification through descent.
4. The Four Options and how they relate to thermodynamics, biological classification, the first
cell, modification on all levels, psychological behavior of individuals and groups, inner
conflicts and a therapy of resolving them, etc.,
5. Model showing relationship between adaptation fitness and natural selection. How it supports
punctuated equilibrium and the 'slope and plateau' model , etc.
