  1. Dear Sr.s in 2011 bought a Stevens Fluent SLX. I thought at the time to be buying a good bike. This year (2013) found that a weld anchor was damaged, not knowing why. I seem to be under warranty. For this I contacted Stevens through this e-mail address, and so far no answer. So that he could continue to enjoy the pleasure of cycling mountain biking, I sent the bike Masil - Lousa Portugal, where it was repaired welding, paying for repairs 70.00 euros. Unfortunately Stevens said nothing so far. It is not reasonable that a bike company do so. In all times and places (internet and other) I will relate what happened and that nothing militates in favor of Stevens. Continuing to wait for a reply, José Gonçalves

  2. I don't know Steven's policy, but manufacturers usually work through their distribution network to confirm authenticity if product, purchase through authorized dealer, and validation of claim. That is a major part of the reason for having a dealer network - after sale support. Was the repair shop an authorized Stevens repair center? If not, the repair could complicate your warranty coverage. Is there an authorized dealer/service center near you?
