I have a 2004 specialized stump jumper expert FSR. I have put lots of hard miles on mostly single track trails and the bike is in dire need of an overhaul. I think I will change out the drive train myself, but I don't have the know how to rebuild the suspension. I have a shock pump and I periodically just pump air into the fork and rear shock and it works well. Should I stick with this as an option or pay a shop to rebuild them?
