Mark Allen and IT had a similar article 2-3 years ago, I used it to train for my first IM, and
continue to use a similar plan.

I will try to scan it into a PDF, give me a few days.

If you can point out the issue, in 2001 I believe (Read the last issue with Reid discussing his burn-
out period where his coach talks about giving Reid the articla to start ocer), I could make a copy
of it and mail it to you.

Have you checked Marks' site? It may be on there too.
