  2. This actually looks like a good one. I've always liked beets and beet juice, but I had not seen the root juice. It increases stamina and reduces fatigue. Detoxifies the body.

  3. I have not come across this, but it seems that it is one of a good stuff that you can really enjoy especially as we are moving to that situation where you get to enjoy some great time while cycling.

    Its still a thing, there is some decent science supporting it. I've never tried it, but I have seen guys in summer with discolored sweat noticeable on white jerseys.
